How it works
From approved source to actionable signal.
Every record travels the same governed path. Autonomy is constrained by approved niche orders, approved sources, allowed fields, compliance gates, and review routing.
Choose a niche
Start from a governed niche order — a defined vertical, buyer, and business use case.
Approve the source list
Only explicitly approved public/commercial sources are eligible. No open-web crawling.
Define allowed fields
An allowlist of business facts; a denylist blocks personal data by default.
Run compliance gates
Six gates: source eligibility, field permission, PII rejection, copyright isolation, rate limiting, confidence.
Extract business facts
Structured JSON only — dates, categories, values, public entity names. Never copied paragraphs.
Normalize records
Clean, deduplicate (SHA-256), and score confidence for every record.
Generate byproduct signals
One approved record fans out into materials, insurance, financing, and vendor signals.
Publish teaser + premium feeds
Free visitors see redacted teasers; the paid boundary is enforced server-side.
Send alerts and exports
Saved filters, email alerts, and CSV/API export keep buyers acting on fresh activity.
Why it's defensible
The moat isn't scraping — it's governance.
Generic scraping is easy to copy. Governed vertical intelligence combines approved source maps, niche schemas, normalization rules, compliance policy, dedup quality, and byproduct generation — a workflow that compounds with every niche and every reviewed record.
One engine. Many verticals. No open-web crawling.
New verticals launch by adding governed niche orders — the same infrastructure, a new approved source list and field schema. The engine never searches the open web for arbitrary targets.
